MOLO – Mobility and Logistic Hub – is one of the key architectural elements of West Gate and represents the main western gateway to the district. Located at the boundary between Milan and Rho, it translates into architectural form the vision of an innovative, sustainable city free from private cars within its boundaries, establishing itself as a true connectivity hub. The functional core of MOLO is the multi-storey car park. Alongside its mobility function, the building hosts retail space on the ground floor and offices above, creating a mixed-use destination capable of activating the area throughout the entire day.

The project stands out for its innovative construction approach and strong focus on sustainability. The prefabricated structure optimizes building processes, while solutions such as green areas, photovoltaic panels and advanced technical systems contribute to the environmental well-being of the district. Interior spaces are designed to be flexible and functional, enhancing the overall usability of the building. In this context, design engages in dialogue with the surrounding landscape, shaping an intervention that combines efficiency, quality and an urban vision.
